What do I get immediately after paying?
A license key, a Docker registry login token, and a command to pull the first image. Most users are running in under ten minutes.
Q.02
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Yes. Change plan in the customer portal. Prorated on upgrade; takes effect at period end on downgrade.
Q.03
What happens when my subscription lapses?
You stop receiving updates immediately. The software you have already pulled continues working for 14 more days (grace period), then new agent runs are blocked. Your data stays put. Renew any time to resume.
Q.04
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't offer trials. The Solo tier at $49/yr is built to be low-risk enough to try — cancel before renewal if it isn't the right fit.
Q.05
What LLMs do I need?
Any provider AE supports — OpenAI, Anthropic, self-hosted Ollama, or others. Bring your own keys. We don't touch your model traffic.
Q.06
Do you store any of my code?
No. AE is self-hosted. Your code never leaves your network. We only operate the license server, which stores billing metadata and subscription state.
Q.07
Can I get the source code?
Yes — as a paid add-on on Agency and Enterprise tiers. We grant read-only access to a private GitHub repo so you can audit, fork internally, or customize.

What's your refund policy?
